PRICING THAT WORKS FOR YOU

Retained Basic: 90-day guarantee; fee 25% base salary

  • $5-8k upon signing; 1/3 due 30 days after Kick-Off, and 1/3 at offer signing.

Retained Plus: 180-day guarantee; fee 28% of base salary

  • $5-8k at signing; 1/3 due 30 days after Kick-Off, and 1/3 at offer signing.

Contingency: 90-day guarantee; fee 28% base salary

  • Full fee if the sourced candidate comes from The Hire Standard. 12% admin fee at the close of search if The Hire Standard isn’t the source of the candidate or search is closed prematurely.
